RBS operates and manages project site warehousing and supply functions. We manage excess property turn-in, and handle the ordering, receiving, stowing, issuing, packing and crating of materials and supplies. RBS establishes stockage levels as well as minimum/maximum stockage levels for materials; the warehouse operates IAW those established stockage levels. Materials purchases are accomplished with energy and efficiency with Executive Order 12902 in mind. All materials purchased are input into Government systems GFEBS and FEMs by the warehouse workers.
RBS operates transportation motor pools. We provide general administration, driver testing and licensing, motor vehicle operations, fuel, oil and lubricants, motor vehicle operation inspections, transportation requests, driving missions, mechanical assessment, coordination with GSA for required vehicle maintenance/exchange. In addition, we operate the E-Z pass program, the Fleet Management Information System, maintenance status reporting, leased equipment data reporting and cost and performance data for the GSA Interface.
