Overview

  • Four sites
  • Perform operations, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and construction and janitorial services.
  • Maintain and or service over 200 commercial buildings and structures, utilities, refuse service, the roads, grounds, dam structures, etc.
  • This Project is a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contract under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District, MS.

During the past four years we have always received outstanding evaluations on this cost reimbursement Fixed Fee contract.

Responsibilities

RBS’ work and responsibility includes the management of all labor, materials and supplies, vehicles, equipment, services and subcontracts to accomplish the mission of this contract. Functions include work reception, quality control, customer service, work processing and tracking, scheduling and coordination, resource planning, procurement and storage of materials and supplies, work estimating, work scoping, creating plans and specifications, procurement and management of subcontracts, records and reporting, job cost accounting and budgeting, invoicing, review and analysis, and process improvement. RBS is extremely successful in controlling cost while providing the highest quality support to the customer in a safe manner. We provide the supervision, labor, vehicles and equipment, materials and supplies to perform the statement of work.

When we receive a SOW, we review it for clarity and completeness, and when appropriate, we recommend improved alternatives to accomplish the required end-state objectives; and when appropriate, we make suggestions to delete requirements that may not be necessary.
