RBS is currently a Prime Contractor performing Facility Support Services, NAICS 561210, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at eight dam & reservoir lake project sites, as well as three project sites performing flood control and maintaining levees and other structures, and at two U.S. Army Installations (Fort Hamilton, New York and Fort Gillem, Georgia). Our 13 current project sites are located in Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, New York, and Virginia, and our Corporate Headquarters is located in Cocoa, Florida.

We have also successfully completed six Corps of Engineers, Wilmington and Vicksburg District, Dam & Reservoir lake facility support services contracts in Arkansas, North Carolina and Virginia.

RBS maintains and/or services hundreds of commercial size buildings and structures, utilities, roads, and grounds; performs refuse collection and removal, janitorial services, and warehousing, supply & logistics.

RBS maintains and repairs all types of surface roads, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, hardstands, curbs, rain gutters, athletic and recreational surfaces. We perform line striping and markings on roads, cross walks, stop lines, and parking spaces. RBS also conducts street sweeping operations on all roads and parking lots on the installation, including in RCI footprint on the installation as requested.

RBS provides refuse removal for all buildings, facilities and grounds. We collect and dispose of all solid wastes to include trash, garbage, solid materials, debris and litter – both in trashcans and on the grounds. The materials are hauled to approved landfills or transfer stations. RBS maintains recycling systems for plastic, aluminum cans, scrape metal, wood, paper, oil, batteries. RBS also maintains hazardous waste programs on all sites to ensure all hazardous waste is disposed of in accordance with local, state and federal laws and guidelines.

RBS “self-activates” for snow/ice removal operations. We monitor the weather and evaluate the situation to determine the size of the workforce needed to perform successful snow/ice removal operations, and to ensure the crew is on station in time to accomplish the operations. RBS has comprehensive snow/ice operations SOP for each of our project sites.

RBS performs preventive and predictive maintenance, major and minor repairs, and washes and waxes hundreds of vehicles, equipment and boats. Preventive maintenance is based on either a time or mileage criteria. We observe the manufacturer’s specifications using the appropriate technical manuals to supplement inspection and service standards. RBS is an approved GSA and Voyager maintenance and repair contractor.

RBS mows approximately 8,000 acres of improved and unimproved grass and fields. Improved areas typically surround buildings and facilities and include lawn areas, ornamental bushes and trees. RBS mows and trims the grass to within specified growth limitations, maintaining the grass, grounds, trees, landscaping, unimproved areas and associated structures and appurtenances. This involves mowing and edging, aeration and fertilization, weed and brush control, flower bed services, tree and shrub trimming, pruning and removal, storm damage, erosion control, debris, drain and ditch cleanup, soil sampling, pest infestation inspection and correction, vehicles and other services, as required for complete grounds maintenance.
