RBS cleans and polices hundreds of buildings and structures to include multi-level office and industrial structures. We clean carpet, vinyl composition tile, quarry tile, and exposed aggregate concrete, wood and marble flooring. The building consists of hundreds of offices, as well as conference rooms, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchens, visitor centers, steps, landings, elevators, restrooms, and courtyards, pavilions, patios and decks, boathouses, warehouses, parking areas, holding compounds, waste water disposal facilities, amphitheaters, shop areas and garages. The ceiling heights at these facilities range from 7 ft. to 80 ft. Wall surfaces include gypsum, wallboard, glass glazing, tile, concrete, rock, brick, wood, vinyl, and paneling. We clean interior lighting, vents, floors, walls, windows, blinds, furniture and furnishings, as well as exterior walls and windows. We police and remove debris from ground areas such as parking lots, steps, landings and walks, and remove graffiti from all surfaces. We clean sports courts, sports fields, playgrounds, trails, fishing piers docks, ramps, picnic areas and thousands of acres of public use areas.
RBS provides refuse removal for all buildings, facilities and grounds. We collect and dispose of all solid wastes to include trash, garbage, solid materials, debris and litter – both in trashcans and on the grounds. The materials are hauled to approved landfills or transfer stations. RBS maintains recycling systems for plastic, aluminum cans, scrape metal, wood, paper, oil, batteries. RBS also maintains hazardous waste programs on all sites to ensure all hazardous waste is disposed of in accordance with local, state and federal laws and guidelines.
